Selecting from your proofs:
The enclosed proofs are not retouched. Ordinary skin blemishes can be eliminated or softened by retouching. Please advise us if you want or don't want birthmarks / moles removed. Computer retouching is necessarey for stray hair, braces, tan lines, excessive blemishes or eye glass glare, and is available for an additional cost (please inquire): minimum charge $35.

How to order:
Fill out the order form on reverse side completely. To ensure accuracy, write the quantity and size of the prints you wish to order on the back of that proof. Each pose must be ordered in sheets or multiples of 2 - 5x7, 4 - 3x5, or 8 - wallets.

To add an additional pose to any pkg., add $26 per pose for handling & processing (ie. Pkg. 4 includes one pose. If you would like 2, add $26).

Proofs must be returned to Bacosa Photography within 10 days with your completed order. Proofs may be purchased at $8 each after a minimum $100 order. If all proofs are purchased, you will receive a 25% discount off the total price of the proofs. If you order is $400 or more (before sales tax), you will receive all of your proofs at no charge. Lost or unreturned proofs will be billed at a rate of $8 per print, as well as any new proofs that need to be printed.

Yearbook Photo:
You may choose a separate pose for the yearbook only at no additional charge. Please print BOOK on the back of the proof that you choose to use for the yearbook. The pose you choose must be in yearbook attire (tux/drape), showing head & shoulders, and no hands (please inquire if you are unsure). If your proofs are not returned by the due date, your picture selection will not appear in the yearbook.

Completed Orders:
Orders will be complete in about 12 weeks from the order date. You will be notified by phone or mail when your order is ready to be picked up at Bacosa Photography.

If you wish to have your order shipped to you, please add $12 for shipping & handling (due to the bulk and size of prints 11" x 14" and larger, we recommend that those sizes be picked up at our studio). All orders must be paid in full for shipment.
